In 2018, MoveWell University was launching their new training program for other chiropractor’s to improve their processes and business with a better methodology. Dr Todd Pickman led an intensive workshop at his clinic, Gonstead Spine and Wellness in Meridian, ID. The participants learned a number of best practices for examinations, patient flow, functional movement and overall clinic management.

We spent two full days of capturing practical demonstration, and lecture time to produce the three and half minute video above. Alongside the main capture, we recorded and edited small process videos that could be used by the participants in their clinics.
